A MENTAL HEALTH BREAK!


That's right. Two weeks ago, I was super getting into rebranding my blog/website, and fixing everything up to look super snazzy (please go check out the other parts of this website - I think they look awesome!), when I got SUPER overwhelmed while researching other mental health blogs.


I found so much other stuff!


I didn't know what I could contribute that hadn't already been said.


So I did what any anxious person would do and that's to hide. Just to not look at this for a while, recovering.


I think it was the first week that I haven't written since setting my S.M.A.R.T. goal. But that's ok. We all have off weeks. And a huge part of reducing the mental health stigma is to be okay with making mistakes and not always being able to participate, having off-days or sometimes even weeks.


I am giving myself permission to not be perfect, and you can too! Is there something you've been anxious about? Something you've been putting off?


That's okay! It happens to all of us, and it's nothing to be ashamed of. We can talk about it, if you want.


I'm proud of how far you've come, and you should be too. ❤️
